A nice surprise! A beautiful property with tasty wines

On our way back to Austin, we spotted the sign for the Wimberley Valley Winery & decided to swing in to check it out. It kind of seems like it's in the middle of nowhere, but the... read more

The place is a bit hard to find but worth it. The wines are affordable and on the sweeter side. Great place to hang out in the country. Must visit.

Beautiful place. Every time I come back here to visit here are vast improvements to an already beautiful venue. If you enjoy sweet wines, this is the place to go.

Had such a fun time wine tasting with Collin!! The wine tastings were affordable and we left there with 6 bottles only because they don't ship to our state and we were flying home....otherwise, I would have bought a case. They had really fun, non-traditional wines to try and so unique from neighboring wineries.

We were stopping in Wimberley and planned to do a wine tour. This was very local to us and we had seen the signs. First impressions can sometimes be deceptive but not here. The location is stunning, the buildings and decor are in wonderful taste and the old car and London bus add something to the experience. The local wines... More

On our way back to Austin, we spotted the sign for the Wimberley Valley Winery & decided to swing in to check it out. It kind of seems like it's in the middle of nowhere, but the property is gorgeous!! The building is very nice and spacious, and the grounds are beautiful. Of course it helped that we were there... Of the several wineries we visited in the area, this was by far our favorite. The wine, the prices, the atmosphere, the décor and the awesome outdoor area earned this an easy 5 out of 5. We're already planning our next visit, highly recommend stopping here!

Nice spot in the middle of ranchland. Beautiful décor in the lobby and tasting room. It took an hour to have a 5 wine tasting. Not because we were slow....we couldn't get a server for more than a minute and we were standing at the bar. Wine is ok. Staff was pleasant and friendly, just a bit overwhelmed.

You can buy some their wine in local stores, but this place is beautiful and I love to come and just walk around and sit. i have never seen it crowded, so that's a plus for me. Always a friendly face behind the counter.

From Fredricksburg, TX to Austin, winery's are popping up like mushrooms after a rainstorm! They are everywhere! Some really good and some not so great--this one is in the middle for the area. The service and staff members are really good at what they do. Very friendly people. The real problem here is that the wines they make are way... More
