Stopped by while on the Bluebonnet trails. I didn't realize they don't grow their own grapes. They get some from the Northeast, which is fine if you want Northeast wine, and most was sweet which we don't like.

Stopped by while on the bluebonnet trail. Very crowded; parking lot was full. Space was too small to accommodate the number of visitors. Felt like they were primarily focused on getting your money.

Bring your own meat event was fun. Wine was good as well. We will do this again. Staff was welcoming and music was nice as well.

We love going to their winery in Sanger, Tx! Their wines are refreshing. The service however, is not very good if sitting at a table. The bar fills up fast as it's quite small. Overall, though, it's a good place to have a good glass...More

Loved this place, I would suggest the wine tasting it was a flight of 14 different wines and a glass for $10.00 it was a bargain. The wines are sweet, but those are my favorite so it was sweet wine mecca for me. Also folks...More

We were touring the bluebonnets and decided to stop here for a bit. The scenery and decor were attractive, and the staff were friendly, but the wine itself was a huge disappointment. I've never had the opportunity to sample prison wine, but I imagine this...More

Our trip to this winery was planned enroute. but could not materialise due to bad weather. We could not spend time here and missed this years Glass too. May be better luck next time.

Very primitive winery (port-o-potty bathrooms) in the beautiful Ellis County countryside. Our party of 6 couldn't find any wine that we liked....everything was much too sweet for any of our liking, but an enjoyable day on the bluebonnet trails.
