This was the area made famous during Fort Worth's hell-raising, lawless time period. You will find a historical marker at the south end of the Fort Worth Convention denoting the location. While Hell's Half Acre is an important part of Fort Worth History, you won't be able to find it anymore. It was the seediest part of town, and was eventually razed to build the convention center.
