I visited the location in Ft. Worth. There was no hint of service whatsoever. I was just excited about visiting the place and had never been there. I honestly felt like I was burdening them.

Overall, all the chocolates are amazing! My family loves them all. Although some of them can be a little pricey. However, they're worth it. I unfortunately can't have dairy, but the dark chocolate covered bananas are vegan and super yummy! Hopefully this will help someone out who might be lactose intolerant but happens to stop by with family or friends.

Delicious chocolate strawberries! Pricey but aren't all chocolate stores? Grandson bought 5 truffles which he devoured in no time so I took that to mean they were good! Great variety and worth the price!

Stopped in for a few chocolates. A bit pricey but well worth it. Candy was fresh and tastes decadent. Staff was friendly. A bit disorganized hard to tell who was next to be served and very small space only a handful of people can fit in the store.

We stopped in after a brief visit with Santa. They have a few cases full of different barks, truffles, ganache & fudge in white, milk & dark chocolate. They also had bananas and cheese cake dipped in chocolate! We had a sampling and the dark chocolate bark was my favorite. Prices ran around $3/$4. They also do custom chocolate pieces... More

Looking for something from Fort Worth to bring home, and without a car downtown, the Schakolad was a godsend. They had a great selection of fresh looking chocolates. I bought cherry chocolates that were the right size for my suitcase, and my wife said they were delicious. Thanks to the Schakolad Chocolate Factory.

If you are a chocoholic stay away from this place! What a selection of chocolates. Great dark chocolate cherries and orange slices, truffles, etc. I could spend a whole bunch of money and calories in this place.

They have the most amazing truffles. Favorite was the champaign one. Husband love the butterscotch. The chocolates are lovingly made with the finest chocolates. Absolutely the best gift for someone that appreciates high end chocolate. Treat yourself!
