It is a Federal Facility. Free parking, but know what to not bring in, it is posted. I've taken out of town guests here.... More

Didn't realize how involved process was. There is a free self guided tour you can do.No cell phones, cameras recording devices allowed so leave them in your car or security won't let you on tour.Windows large so people aren't in your way to view machinery.Great film to start.Had amazing time!

Excellent visitor center and self guided tour. A little technical for small fry but enough hands on experience to interest elementary kids and extremely educational for everyone. Your tax dollars at work!

Free tour of the facility provided. A moderate amount of walking is required. Very informative and the staff is courteous. Near Alliance Town Center. If you like money, put it on your to-do list.

This was a great experience to learn how our money is made. I brought my daughter to learn just how much goes into this process. Loved the self guided tour as we could watch and go at our own pace. Don't pass up this free tour to learn about this.

I had seen documentaries on US Mints on public TV, but don't pass up the chance to see it for yourself. The one on Fort Worth prints currency, no coins here. You get to see the entire process from raw paper to stacks upon stacks of ready to go printed green backs. I learned a lot about the printing process... More

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Bureau Of engraving and Printing out of Forth Worth, Texas. Me and my wife could not believe the operation and attention to detail it takes to print our money. Of course, this is a very secure facility and no cameras or cell phones are allowed. However, different from TSA at an airport,... More

Self guided tour is very interesting and informative on how our nations currency is made. From how the paper is made, to printing and packaging, this tour is well worth the few hours you will spend here. To top it off, it's totally free!!

Relaxed rules make it easier. The displays are really cool, and definitely use the tour guide for the first couple of visits.

The folks at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing do an excellent job with their tours, whether it is small family groups or large field trips. Kids always love to see the huge stacks of printed bills down in the manufacturing part of the facility. But they even manage to make the "history of currency" interesting!
