Stonebriar exists to encourage all people to pursue a lifelong, joyous relationship with Jesus Christ. Our history dates back to 1998, when a small group of people, including Senior Pastor Chuck Swindoll, founded a church in Frisco, Texas. We are a nondenominational, evangelical Christian church. That means that we are governed by our own elders, not an outside organization. About 4,000 people worship at Stonebriar each Sunday.

This is a wonderful church and Pastor Chuck attracts worshipers who gather regularly to learn the wonderful messages contained in the bible scriptures. It is interesting and inspiring. Those in attendance feel the love no matter their origin. We are bound by common love of God.

I enjoy listening to Pastor Swindoll on Insight for Living. When I go down to visit my brother I try to stop by Stone Briar. They make you feel welcomed and have plenty of volunteers to help out. The sermon is insightful and well delivered.

Steve Farrar teaches in a clear, easily understandable manner that speaks to men. He doesn't baby the men, but he doesn't punch them in the nose either. Very biblically sound teaching.

I thought people there looked unhappy and disconnected. Everyone was robotic, just sing, pray, listen and leave.
