This place had lots to do! And even though it was pricey for a day pass, it was a good value. My 7 year old son enjoyed everything, as did my husband and I. It was just as educational as it was fun! Favorite part was definitely the aquarium, which was just expanded. We attended on the first day of... More

Moody Gardens is a wonderful place with many great attractions! In peak seasons, it will be crowded! We only visited the aquarium pyramid but it was really neat! My kids enjoyed the exhibits, especially the sharks. Definitely recommend!

Aquarium and Rain Forest pyramids are awesome, absolutely loved the jellyfish room. Food us typical gas station/amusement park fare at high dollar low quality but the wildlife makes it worth the trip.

There's more at Moody Gardens than we saw, but it is definitely what I'd call a "wow" place. There are three pyramids, housing three different displays, a paddle boat, and lovely, lush grounds. During our visit, the aquarium pyramid was being renovated but had a "soft opening" that allowed us to see it up to that point and when it's... More

Good for anyone over 48". Ropes course kept us entertained all day. Not too crowded, great views and challenging course. The "child course" for those under 48" isn't very much at all. I'm sure it's hard to cater to everyone under 48", but it's more suited for toddlers than 5-8 year olds. Great day as our kids were the perfect... More

Always good for a few hours to swing in & see something new each time. Be prepared to be a bit warm due to the humid rain forest. Some people forget that part.

This place is a little pricey, but well worth it. Definitely plan on spending at least three hours here if you plan on checking out everything Moody Gardens gardens has to offer. The aquarium was under renovation when we visited but we were able to check out the rainforest pyramid which was super neat!
