We make reservations for the night cruise to celebrate our anniversary on 05/20/2017. Little did I know it would be the worst...mistake...ever. The website said the swells would be 2'-4' during our cruise. Reservations were easy to make. We arrived and parked in an unmarked...More

Do NOT waste your time. Boat is gone. NO answer when called. WEB site is up but no reply from email. Jacks and Better have a reputation on shutting its doors, without warning leaving its customers high and dry.

Well this place is no longer in Galveston. It was a good run for some folks.Just not enough. The signs are off the office. The boat is gone. It may turn up in a new port. Like Freeport or beyond.Who knows.

I would recommend a reservation just to be sure, but you could possibly walk on if the boat isn't full. It would depend on how far you have to drive to get on the boat.
