An incredible SEGWAY TOUR journey will take you to an unique and inspiring part of Galveston's story.Once home to more millionaires than New York City it is now one of the largest examples of 19th century Victorian living in the nation. Cruise along the sea-wall, visit the incredible tree carvings from the lost oaks of hurrican Ike, journey through the magnificent mansions of the past or enjoy the evening breeze as the sun sets.

My 14-year-old son and I went on the Segway Galveston tour on February 21. It was fantastic. Asa knows a ton of history about the town and he took us everywhere. I am 53 years old and riding the Segway for the first time was no problem. We had a ton of fun and I'm highly recommend it. Probably not... More

The nephew wanted Segway and I was interested in the history so we both had a great tour! The history of the area was amazing and our tour guide was too notch on the area events. Before this tour, I'm not sure a Segway would be on my must do list. I will absolutely consider this another time and highly... More

The Historical Tour shows you homes, wood carvings, seawall area, and many other historical buildings. Segway is easy to ride and easy way to get around. Really enjoyed all the tree carvings from dead trees damaged in the hurricane.

Had a great time zipping around and learning about Galveston Saturday. I had ridden before but friends I was with had not, They had a great time too! They give you a nice little intro/trial inside and then you can practice out back before you leave on tour so don't be hesitant if you have never experienced a Segway before.... More

We went on an evening tour. It was a blast. I was surprised how easy it was once you had a few minutes to practice. Our guide Asa showed us things that I had never heard of - and my parents are from Galveston!

As a first time Segway user, I was more than a little apprehensive to try but I am so happy I did. In less than five minutes, I felt comfortable that I could navigate which when your 70 years old is not always the case. After the hour and half tour, I felt I could handle it anywhere. The tour... My buddies and I have taken several previous tours with SegCity in both Corpus Christi and San Antonio. So, we were looking forward to another great experience in Galveston. We were certainly not disappointed. Our tour guide, Asa, is exceptionally knowledgeable about Galveston, including history, industry, architecture, and a good portion of the city's seedy past. Because we were experienced... More

We had a great time and what a great way to see the city. So much great history here. The Segway is super easy to ride and so cool. You can stop, go and see everything. The tour guide is great and knows a lot about all the attractions. Great Time Willie Moore StreetRodding.com

There is no parking lot, only street parking, although he did tell us they don't enforce the two hour limit. We picked the sunset tour, so it did really matter to us since it only in effect 9AM - 6PM. Unlike the Corpus Christi segway tour, they don't provide water, although they will SELL you water, so bring your own.... More
