Wonderful, unique, and spiritual place. All of the staff are very friendly, except for the owner; Let's just say that kindness isn't exactly his strongest quality. That was a downer. Still gets four stars though.

This was our 2nd visit to the Witchery as we had friends visiting and we were shopping in the Strand. This store offers books on topics that may not be everyone's cup of tea (astrology, witchcraft, the paranormal, etc) but that's totally ok! I am non objective and love learning about all sorts of topics so it was neat to browse the genre of books. The gifts were neat, the stones, candles, jewelry, journals, etc and we enjoyed looking at the different items. My friend picked up a lovely leather bound journal. She loved that they included a bookmark and the bag was cute that they put it in! We chatted with one of the clerks and she was super friendly! She showed us some jewelry and let us try it on. Super nice! We also loved the SMELL of the incense in the shop - it smelled so lovely! This store is a neat little shop to explore - come in with an open mind and you will see its not scary or anything like that - we enjoyed browsing and will be back!

This store is a must when visiting Galveston. We stop here every time we visit and always find something interesting. The selection of books, crystals, CDs, sprays, incense, herbs, art is very well chosen. Do yourself a favor and make sure this is one of your stops when you are on The Strand.

I didn't know there was an attraction to this kind of stuff but if you need potions or crystals, books and tarot cards and other things of both sides of the spiritual world than check out this shop. They have sculptures of everything from earth mothers to the grim reaper but I couldn't find the eye of newt. Nice staff. Parking is on the street.

Here’s a cool shop. Lots of books (some hard to come by) cool sculptures, jewelry, and plenty of Wiccan trappings and accessories. Music is cool and it smells great. Nice way to unwind. Staff seems pretty knowledgeable, as one would expect with the subject matter. Take a witch with you and watch their little eyes light right up! Just one more attraction for The Strand.
