What a place to make you feel insignificant as to timeframe and the size of the dinosaur. Tracks were great to see and to ponder that they'd been there before us! Awesome!

The dinosaur tracks are ok but it’s worth the visit to just get outdoors and hike. We had young children with us and they could hike and climb just about everywhere we went. We ate lunch by the playground and visited the gift shop.

We visited this park during a recent Texas road trip. During the week and out of the main holiday season we saw less than 20 cars during the time we were there. There are plenty of walking options and it was a hot and sunny...More

This is a great place for kids to explore dinosaur tracks by the river! There are places marked with informative signs that help educate about the history of the dinosaurs in the area. Great picnic places too!

We stopped here for a couple of hours as we were passing through town. There is a small, one room museum at the entrance showing pictures, descriptions, and some bones. With little ones, that took 5-10 minutes; and they were done. They have 2 amazing...More

The park is great place for adventure and dinosaur track hunting. The trails are well maintained and the areas are well marked with informational signs describing what you will see. I saw people of all ages exploring.

Great Park with plenty to do, see, and learn. Make sure to go to a Ranger talk if you have time. Large picnic area and reservable shelters. Campground on site with mostly small sites, just a couple big rig sites but tight corners. Many hiking...More

I mean, my family and I spent an afternoon walking around searching for dinosaur tracks. Then we went back to Dallas. I'm sure you could spend longer than an afternoon if you wanted but even just that was really nice.

The swimming is perfect. Not really deep but very clean water for a river or otherwise. Not sure about the burn ban though.
