Very nice hiking trail

I walked the 4.2 mile round trip. The trail is all concrete and well maintained. The trail starts just off the square and ends at the local airport.

We walked the entire 2.7 miles, it gets boring along the back side where the Jail and Airport is, but the City park is wonderful.

We like to look for outdoor things to do wherever we go. This is a great place to start in Granbury. The markers along the way that tell snippets of the history of this town were nice. Gives you a chance to stop and learn a little. This trail gives you an opportunity to see a little bit of the... More

This park is so nice. They were really thinking when creating it. We stopped and took pictures by the water and fountains.

Just so you know, this trail is not a full circle so you either figure out how to get back to where you are parked (have fun playing amazing race) or you turn around and head back the way you came. We played amazing race once we came to the airport because I wanted to see different areas. All-in-all, we... More

We only walked a short portion of this from where we parked our cars to the Town Square. The portion we saw was beautiful with fountains and roses. Great place for a walk or a leasurely stroll. Wide paved walkway.

We enjoy evening walks on the trail as a family. Our kids love the fountains and lake. Parking is a little tricky, but encourages additional walking, so not a big deal for us.

Great path if you want to run or walk, but the immediate park area is by far the most interesting part. After about the old Veteran's museum, the path just winds through a bunch of athletic fields and a detention center before ending up at the airport. The later part of the trail feels industrial. If your goal is not... More

It is a nice little trail for about half of the distance close to downtown. As it leaves civilization and heads toward the airport, it is far less congested, but also far less interesting. It's barely worth a bike ride, but it is an okay hike.
