Rain or shine this is a top notch water park. They have something for every age group. The water slides are very comparable to Hurricane Harbor. I especially enjoyed Howlers... read more

I did not have such a great experience like I expected. Front desk agents not friendly. Same goes for night time crew. I don't understand how people give it a good review. I get the same service and treatment at the Hilton. No! Actually the Hilton has NO water park but nice pools, friendly service and a lot larger rooms.... More

We came to GWL in 2013 and that trip was only ok. This time we had a much better stay! We got to the Lodge a bit early (11am) and the front desk said we could start using the park at 11:30am so we got changed into our swim suits and were ready at 11:30a sharp. There was hardly a... More

Rain or shine this is a top notch water park. They have something for every age group. The water slides are very comparable to Hurricane Harbor. I especially enjoyed Howlers Peak Rope Course (make sure you have a pair of closed toe shoes since sandals are not allowed). They have different types of room configurations depending on how many people... More

Took my extended family here for 3 days 2 nights. it is BUILT for family fun. Something for everyone. Rooms are built to hold large or small families. Everything was clean, well-maintained and endless things to do! Food is expensive, so you can EASILY go to one of 25 restaurants within a mile or two. Bring food back to your... More

We went to great wolf lodge for my youngest daughters 6th bday. We spent the whole weekend. The first day the slides where closed due to weather. But we did spend some time inside on the smaller water slide them in the hot tub. But the chlorine/chemical smell was so strong my eyes were burning. The second day that outdoor... More

We took the kids to Great Wolf Lodge for a birthday present. It was quite clean given the number of people there. Plus, it was raining, and everyone was stuck inside. Hats off to the employees who were friendly and helpful. Only two minor issues - the shower didn't drain at all and a flashing light for a fire alarm... More

Not too crowded and plenty of activities for the kids and adults to enjoy. Was never too crowded and did not have to wait in line too long.

We took the grandkids to the lodge, stayed in a kids cabin suite, very clean and comfortable the hotel was great the buffet was not up to par for the price ( we went across the street to the Gaylord for dinner on the 4th of July they had a lot going on there and a wonderful Buffett). The hotel... More

I found the waterpark lines longer than they should have been, indoor pools too cold, outdoor pools too hot.

Thank Robert P
