Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The concert was absolute amazing. What is sad is that the Toyota Center chose to put seats so small that anyone over 5'6" and 150 lbs won't be able to sit in them. If that wasn't enough there is no leg room in front of the seat. Enjoyed the show much h while just standing in an aisle!!

Bought suite tickets for a concert and ordered snacks hotdogs and nachos for 8 guests $489 WOW WTHeck!, hotdogs were horrendous they hard stale buns and the nacho cheese was not even cheese, very disgusting food. Really surprised they serve such poor quality food in the suites. Great area to watch concert but go get in the regular snack line for food.

We had a great time seeing a Rockets game here. The facility is gorgeous, modern, clean, and well run. Nice graphics, scoreboard, and high energy music kept the crowd excited. Lots of good food choices, easy access to bathrooms, and multiple parking lots surrounding Toyota Center make it an easy experience. We paid twenty dollars to park. Sit on the lower level for the best view. Ticket prices vary based on who the opposing team is. Avoid the Lakers if you don't want to pay top dollar. We were excited to see a win at the end - the confetti and streamers that showered down in celebration were a nice touch. Employees were really friendly and helpful. Overall a fantastic experience and a great place to catch a game.

For both concerts and sports events this is a great place to have fun. We went on December to Andrea Bocelli concert and we enjoyed the show a lot. Our only recommendation is to pick lower area seats. You will enjoy the game big time.

Horrible not good at planning anything on large number coming in. I first waited the whole event basically on food to be told they were out of every drink so finally he found a Sierra Mist. Then to get my 7 yr old a suiveneer I couldn’t after waiting in line thirty more min. I was able to get him shirt two sizes bigger. Lastly I currently am still in the car trying to back out of the parking garage but the line hasn’t moved one inch and been in the car for 30 min. This place only cares about your money going into their hands. If I could I rate this sorry place a ZERO it’s pathetic and makes me sick that big places like this can’t plan for sh#%! Order enough food , order enough drinks , and order enough merchandise knowing y’all definitely charge enough to be fully in stock .. never again hope y’all go out of business and good ownership that works well with the community comes in.. once again ZERO!

Had a fantastic night at the Rockets game recently. Stadium is really impressive with good amenities. We bought cheaper tickets and although we were high up had a great view of the court. Steps are very steep leading to the seats though so wouldn't recommend for someone unsteady on their feet.

We came here for the concert. Usually we sit on the ground level but this time they had it for standing which I liked, seeing as most of the time you stand anyway.
Ticket prices were reasonable but the drinks were expensive as usual, albeit not as expensive as another concert venue near by.
The only problem we found was with the other fans. If you want to stand at the front get there early, don't come late and just push your way to the front. We had to get help from security, who were very good by the way, as two people thought they had the right to the place we were standing and basically tried to pull my wife out the way spilling our drinks and not even apologizing.

One of my highlights for the duration of my stay in Houston!
Booked a tour and game, it did not disappoint. Unfortunately because I was outside the US I was not able to book on their website, with just a quick email to the Toyota Centre, Ryan, the Group Event Executive got in touch and sorted it all out for us. Excellent service. Within a couple of days, we had paid and confirmed our place on a tour of the Toyota Centre and a ticket to the Rockets v Knicks game.
When we arrived for our tour, we were in a small group of about 7-8 people. The tour lasted about an hour and a half (if I remember rightly) and we were taken to pretty much all backstage areas as well as the court. After the tour we were given passes to the pre-game warm up and tickets to our match.
We came back at 5.30pm for the pre-game warm up, entry was quick and organised. Just before the game started we walked around, there were lots of competition and give aways, the event is well organised and the atmosphere is fantastic. The game was brilliant with lots going on in breaks. It was my first basketball match and will always remember it. All for just $40.
Big shout out to Ryan and the team for a fabulous day! To top it all off, The Rockets beat the Knicks that night!

Worst entry experience ever. Thousands of people trying to get in at once, like cattle. Too few people, poorly trained. I could put that behind me, but then our seats were made for legless people. Three hours pressed into the seat in front is not something I wish to pay for. Want a beer, 20 minutes, $20 (almost). All around bad.

Located in downtown Houston allows for a lot of parking choices. Driving in for a Sunday show had no traffic but would imagine for a weekday game or concert it would be hectic. The interior of the arena is pretty plain by modern standards. The inside of the arena has good sightlines.
