Buffalo Bayou experienced massive flooding during Harvey. Floodwaters deposited many feet of sand in the dog park, and it has been closed since. Clean up operations are underway, but it looks like it will be some time before it’s ready for a visit.

Large and has a water feature . Just a giant and long park. Has area for small and large dogs. Well cared for. No trails and little shaded or wooded area.

This is a great free dog park that is fenced and secure. It has suffered since the flood and there is a good amount of mud, but the pond would wash that off. A doggie paradise.

They really did a nice job redoing this dog park, its quite large and very beautiful. Of course there is always some jerk there with a mean dog not on a leash...come on people.

The Grand opening was in January-- Dogs ( and their owners) appreciate the renovations-- there are separate water pools for large and small dogs. Also there is a place to rinse the dog off when you're finished. What there wasn't . . . . parking-sigh....More
