The walking/biking trail here is exceptional, and the hiking trails through the wooded areas are a great place to get a glimpse of local wildlife and vegetation while enjoying the peace and quiet, and still be so close to town.

Visited on July 4th, and really enjoyed the Revolutionary War soldier presentation. Really great, family-friendly presentation. So cool!

If your lucky, on your walk you can spot hawks and numberous other birds that call the park their home. Great place to have a picnic and enjoy the surrounding forest.

We had fun hiking in the trails. A bit scared to see snakes jump out but didn't. Fished a bit and didn't catch anything but still had fun with the kids

This is a great free park. Not too busy but not to empty either. Nice jogging spaces and also less traveled trails. Even with the airport very nearby, it gives the feel of "getting away" in the middle of the city

I took an Uber to this park from The Hanpton. Endless trails, on a beautiful afternoon to stroll. Lots of cyclists & joggers. When you enter the park, turn to the left to another parking lot, where they have a trail along the river that...More
