Not worth your money at all!! All tables were full and I asked for a table, I had a party of 7 which 5 of them were kids and was told to sit them with other people. Really?!? I did not feel comfortable sitting my children with strangers, they didn't help, very disappointed! Why sell that many tickets if there aren't enough chairs. Only option was to reschedule and get in line earlier. Not 1 single hostess ever offered us a drink,we had to stand in front of the bar to order. Never again, I refuse to spend my money on a place that will not give it's customers great service!

The cruise had it's strengths, but more weaknesses. Pros: Cruise started on time and the DJ even helped us get to the boat. Friendly staff. Each family had their own table. Cons: you don't get what you pay for. "Buffet" only had one meat option - beef, so if you prefer seafood or chicken, you may want to make a special request. Also, make a special request if you don't like spicy food. Considering the size of the boat, it would just be easier to do table service, as the buffet is limited anyway. Motown cruise, but Motown music was only played abour 30% of the time. Quality control should be better. I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday and her name was mispelled.

We went on a Sunday 12:30pm cruise. The downside of the experience were the boarding time starting at 12pm. They crew didn't even bring the boat to the dock until 12:20pm so we stood in the heat/direct sunlight waiting without shade for almost an hour. The tour was supposed to be a narrated cruise but it was just some recording you could barely understand being played over a loudspeaker. The cost is NOT what they advertise! There is an additional $3 "port fee" per person added to the price when you go to pay in addition to the normal taxes. The staff on the dock issuing tickets were rude. The positives of the experience were that the staff onboard were excellent! Our waitress was super friendly and professional. The drink menu was reasonably priced with wine being $7 a glass, beer $6.50. The boat is pretty and clean. The views were beautiful. The ship was steady on the water so no seasickness was endured. The ride was a half hour out to sea, then a half hour return. It is a perfect amount of time.

Huge, HUGE disappointment! My husband and I chose to celebrate our anniversary on the Friday night dinner cruise with a DJ on board for entertainment. The service was OK and the boat was very nice and the ride was smooth, however the 7:00 boarding time lasted one hour and should have happened at 6:00.. at 8:00 we set out on the cruise , the wait staffs primary job is to serve a few appetizers and drinks they were not as attentive as they should be, and because we sat on the top deck it was damn near 9:00 by the time we finally were allowed to go downstairs we had to go thru a buffet style food choice than carry it up the stairs back to our table- good thing we didn’t have my mother with us- she would not have been able to climb stairs! And now my review of the FOOD- we preordered a shrimp cocktail for two and were served five meager sized shrimp which was awkward - why 5 and not 6 shrimp? After all the appetizer said for TWO PEOPLE. The buffet main entree consisted of some kind of sliced beef - which was cold dry and tasteless , the vegetables were a combination broccoli and undercooked beans(I think)?... the baked potatoes were so cold and the butter couldn’t even melt!! Dessert was some type of pastry which was also tough and impossible to cut- topped with a scoop of ice cream and a few raspberry’s tossed on top- we noticed hardly anyone touched their desserts. Total cost with our wine tab was $250!! We were expecting a high class exceptional meal and instead found ourselves surrounded by underdressed singles night and horrible music!! Trust me I’m from the generation of quality music not this rap gang banger crap. This is a party boat for a crowd who doesn’t care about quality food , music or atmosphere. Eating dinner at 8:30/9:00 is too damn late .. Fantaseas Is not what they perceive in their ads. Horrible!!!!
