Beautiful country church and cemetery. Lovely spot for a wedding. Historic cemetery one can wander through as well.

Very interesting. Well worth the drive to come here. The church is usually locked. I was fortunate and a member opened the church for me. I took pictures and posted them to share.

This old church is open and well-maintained, along with numerous graves from the late 1700's on. To step inside the chapel is to take a step back into history.

Original burial place of Stephen F. Austin. Several historical markers at cemetery. Many old grave markers. (1800s)

A very nice cemetery in an area rich in Texas history. My Grand Parents are buried there and attended the church that is there. A good small site to visit.
