We only got to see the outside as it was closed on the day we visited Lockhart. If we ever make it back hopefully it will be open so we can check it out inside.

This is a interesting place to visit.To see and visit real jail cells and see how people had to live in these small cells.Friendly staff.Its something to see.

It was both exciting and eerie touring the old cells, reading the old graffiti and feeling as if the ghosts of past prisoners were watching!!!!
