Fantastic place for all ages. Walk through the buildings that somehow made it though the tough years. All the dwellings are very well kept up and maintained. Amazing to show kids how people used to have to live and then reminisce about a simpler life....More

Visited this heritage centre and found the walk outside with all the examples of how the pioneers lived through the years was pretty cool. A shame all the displays outside were not open because the attendant was tired from a school group the day before....More

We appreciate being described as "pretty cool" but are confused by your comments. All our 50 historic structures are open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. every day except 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Although the museum is open until 5 p.m., we...More

The Ranching Heritage Center is amazing! The History is well displayed inside and outside with helpful personnel. Many events are held throughout the year and you will return.

There is a paved path but there is quite a bit of walking outside. You can probably push your Dad in the wheelchair but I'm not sure how far your mom can walk.

It's just a show up and wander through kind of place. I'm sure if you wanted a guided tour for a group or special event they could arrange it.
