Nice quiet place , good for a 2:30 hour visit, small place actually, it’s an hour ride from Athens. So if you already done with Athens then this place is like the best option

Ideal visit at the morning or at the afternoon before the sunset. Easy parking and not bad restaurant on the place. Before you visit read something about this place on guidebook and dont forget for a hat.

Breathtaking. Don't miss it with a full moon. One of the most beautiful temples of Greece and not too far from Athens.

I agree also some taxis might take advantage of the tourists but highly recommend day tours that can easily be arranged As for steps for temple of Poseidon it's relatively easy walk compared to other archaeological sites !
