Nice clean sandy beach. Good with little children. Small nudist area at one end, however, the beach is long enough for this not to be an issue. Shallow water and not to busy when we visited in April.

Not sure which is the best part but it's nice for walks! Sunset is beautiful. It's not amazing but simply pleasant.

Sandy beach, you can reach it by train from Syntagma /Athens, by car or bus; locals and some tourists visit this beach near Athens; the ancient airport is not more in Glyfada; there are nice and very good restaurants and boutiques;

Not much to do. Some cafes and restaurants around. Not many people. Did not really enjoy the walk as well.

Visited Glyfada in oktober 2016. It was not so much an riviera as expected. The weather was ok, some rain but mostly sunny. When visiting resturants we asked for Tzatsiki, we could rearly not get it at any resturants, wery strang. In my book Tzatsiki is very Greekish.

Nice and clean beach very near to Glyfada main square and center. You can play beach-volley, beach-tennis, eat and enjoy the sun.

So lucky to have discovered the Glyfada beaches! It offers free unbrellas, a changing cubicle and open air showers. The shore is pebbly, so water shoes are recommended. We brought our own loungers and didn't want to leave, it was so lovely. The water was fantastic: clean, clear, perfect temperature, and so calm... Can't wait to go back there again.
