This spot had a really interesting history of the area and the Iberian peninsula at large. Good exhibits with nice videos and explanations. Most if not all is in Spanish only though. It's free to go so either way you'll hopefully enjoy.

Visited the Museo Arqueologico in Madrid for 5 hours! Must say it should have been at least a full day visit ! Astonishing newly renovated Museum ! It is a must in Madrid.
