The extent of the remains of the priory are impressive. Grounds are well kept and cared for! Interesting grave stones and memorials. Make sure the time are in your favour.

Oronsay is a half tide island and crossing times are displayed at the CalMac office in Scalasaig. As the sand is wet it's best to cross barefoot and put your shoes back on once on the island. It's safe to cross by four wheel drive...More
