Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wake up at 5am from the noise of the shovel cleaning 10cm of snow on the useless stair of the station

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to read that your stay was not as pleasant as you expected it to be. Although the snow is not abundant, it is essential to clean the slopes in order to make them the safest.
We hope this experience did not prevent you from enjoying your holidays.
Have a great day, and see you soon,
The Tourist Office team

We booked this for a birthday surprise for my 12 year old son. It was wonderful. It was easy to book at CBD Eau in Les MENUIRES. The man who ran it was brilliant. He explained all about the dogs and sledging in general. We had a wonderful ride along the valley with beautiful views across to St Martin. The dogs were beautiful and obviously well cared for. It was a very special treat and an experience we will never forget. I can highly recommend it.

Stayed 1 week from 29 February 2020 with Ski Amis. My first booking with the catered accommodation offered by Ski Amis in Les Menuires. Chalet Gabrielle was hosted by Ben & Sarah. A fantastic couple who made my family really welcome. Amazing food and amazing value. I will be back again next year.

Les Menuires in The Trois Vallees is a nice resort to stay. It is friendly for family with kids. When you like to party the nearby Val Thorens is the place to be. In Trois Vallee you have great slopes, splendid views and snow is guaranteed!

beautiful nature, 600 km of completely unregulated trails, unkind staff at all restaurants, terrible food and never worse espresso and of course all too expensive. and something else is really sad when you see that they understand you while you speak english but they won't answer anything.

Great resort if you intend to ski the 3 valleys, as it is slightly cheaper then further up the mountain at Val Thorens, Meribel and Courchevel. We stayed in the Les Menuires Hotel and Sap a super place to be based. In fact already booked for next year
There are many apartments and hotels based around the base and I am told they are reasonable to rent.
There is a shopping centre but not that big, quite a few restaurants also with a fair pricing.
A free bus service if you rent away from the main resort and easy access to the slopes
And the 3 valleys more or less guaranteed snow and a longer season than most.

Our second visit to Les Menuires it is a fantastic base for skiing in the Three Valleys. It's fairly centrally located with easy access to the Val Thorens area as well as over to the Meribel and Courchevel area and is linked by some great lifts.
Les Menuires is pretty central to the whole of the 3 Valleys and is probably the best area to stay. The ski ing is obviously exceptional. Good bars and restaurants to find too. The Skilt Hotel and Bar is great for LIVE music a couple of times a week
Great for families and all levels of skiers.....

With a lift pass for the whole region, this is a more affordable place to stay than Courcevel etc. Good access to all ski areas. Plenty of restaurants, bars etc. Some good walking if you're not a skier. A lot of the architecture is very dated (1970s apartment blocks) but that aside it's not a bad place to base yourself.

Bonjour,

Le personnel m'a vendu quatre forfaits 3 vallées à prix d'or.
(6 forfaits six jours 3 fois par an !)
Lamentable.

Bonjour,

Is it possible to ski back without lifts, from Val Thorens to Les Menuires, if for example it’s late and the lifts have closed?
We’re going mid/late March. Does that make a difference?

Conseille a tous âges .
