Favourite beach in Fuerteventura

Hands down the most amazing beach in Fuerteventura...and it is not even close, with all the beautiful beaches this magic island has.

From Morro Jable to Cofete beach is a long drive, around an hour. The road is unpaved so you have to drive with an average of 30 km/h. The beach is excellent, but so as the costa calma or many others. The view is amazing so you won't be disappointed. Just don't make the beach the only purpose of the... More

This is a must do trip when visiting Fuertenventura. The best way to reach the beach is by taking the 4x4 bus from Morro Jable bus station, bus leaves at 10.00,12.00 and 14.00. Do not be tempted to take a hire car as you are not insured off tarmac roads, even if you break down the cost of recovery will... More

We were working on a film called exodus directed by ridley Scott and went to many locations in almeria and fuerteventura but the moment you go over the mountains and see the other side 4 experienced well travelled film workers gasped in amazement a must see in my book we visited in December 2013

From Morro Jable you continue to the west of the island, after a few kilometers, the asphalt road turns into a dusty road that you will continue for 40 minutes. We did it in a rental car, but you have to look out for stones and potholes. Slowly climb up to the top of a surprise overlooking the coast, the... More

No.1 which i recommend for nature-lover travelers to visit! Wild beach with no construction despite the old Winter Villa.

Truly stunning, stunning scenery. I have been a couple of places and was taken aback at the scale of the beauty of this place. Endless sandy beaches with rolling mountain peaks kissed by clouds. On the day was a little windy and sea was choppy. Defiantly not swimmable on the day. Was well worth the drive. At first the road... More

We were exploring the island and decided to head up to see this beach. We hadn't realised it was up a winding narrow "road" up a mountainside with no barriers. Eeeeek! The road to get to this place is bone rattling. Our bones were rattling as much as the vehicle we had hired. I would suggest an off-road capable car... More

Breath taking..you have to see it yourself to believe it. On the left side the restless ocean and the hot beach, and on the right side the black mountains covered with some sort of a vulcanic rock...it is fantastic! Don't miss it! Is a must see for anyone traveling to Fuerteventura
