Some say San Agustin is a bit tired and has little to offer. There is some truth in this but on the plus side it is very relaxing and seemed very safe. It is also a pleasant walk or a short taxi drive to PDI when looking for more activity.

Loved it here !!! Quiet and relaxing . Will certainly go back . Beautiful beach . 7 euros for 2 loungers . Pretty reasonable .. only a few bars and they tend to be busy , but quality is great ...

Far nicer than dreadful Playa del Inglese, which has been ruined! Local families come to this beach on holidays. Lots of people running, or walking on it every morning and evening, and some brave children / young people body surfing as well as playing in (volcanic) sand etc. Amazing waves, but strong currents so would recommend just wading in and... This beach can be a good choise in the winter depending of the wind direction. If the wind is blowing from south or east and it is sunny if you want to take a sunbath try this beach.

The waves made this an ideal place for windsurfers. I personally wouldn't swim in the sea as it was very choppy with high waves.

I loved Playa De San Agustin! I ended up on the furthest end of the beach on the East end and it was just perfect. Not overly crowded and a perfect spot for some peace and quiet while laying in the sun. I would highly recommend this beach, it seemed to tranquil to me, when comparing to a large number... More

A great beach with lots going. Rent body boards, kayaks, pedlos. Join surf school or just play on the beach. Large open space. Lifeguards on duty so great for kids. Cats and restaurants on the beach or take a short walk to two local supermarkets for a picnic lunch. Sun loungers also available.

Great place for a Christmas stay. Very windy though. Very low key regards to Christmas. Warm weather. Odd shower, so he prepared. We walked 7 miles along the beach & promenade, the Dunes are amazing. Great restaurants along the way. Plenty of toilets too!
