Very happy to recommend Motos Tivoli. Have rented bikes from them many times now. Always friendly professional service and everything easily arranged. The bikes are always in perfect condition too! Will be back again sooner than later hopefully.

Sent 2 emails to find out about availability, got nothing back so went to the office to book a motorbike was 1pm . Wanted it for 2 days agreed price was then told I had to have the bike back by 9.30am so really only got the bike for a day and a half but still wanted full payment.
Also told me it's not his fault he didn't get the emails. So left went around the corner found a nice person that gave me a bike for 2 days cheaper and yep had it for 24 hrs.
So my message is look around before you go here, unless you want to pay for 2 days but only get 1 and a half days

- In Tivoli Motorcycles there is only one person who receives and responds to e,mail and it is me, the owner, and I look and respond to all messages
Please check to which address you send your reservation
-If you rent us a motorcycle for two days, are 48 hours and so it is written in the rental contract, where it is clear the time of departure and time of return of the motorcycle-
-Around our office there is no motorcycle rental nearby, the next is 10 minutes walk
-Please check where you made your reservation and put your opinion where it belongs.

Rented cb500f for the day. Perfect bike for these roads. The bike was in perfect condition, only 14k km on the clock, nothing broken, no scratches or weird noises. The guys were professional, quick and friendly, suggested a good route that allowed me to see most of the good stuff that I wanted to see during a one day ride. Everything went super smooth, deposit was returned immediately without them even checking the amount of fuel that I returned the bike with! Will definitely rent bikes from Motos Tivoli again in the future!

The team at Tivoli made it so quick and simple for 7 days rental.

Great communication when arranging our trip.
The two bikes we hired came well prepared.
Friendly and helpful when picked the bikes up.
CB500X I ride a KTM 1290 when home so fancied trying something different, we rode two up all over the island, bike performed perfectly.

Faultless, customer service and machinery excellent, not the cheapest but by far well worth the money.
Patricio is honest and fair, will happily advise routes, machines and does not ‘upsell’, he talked me out of two unnecessary hire days and saved me money, again suggested I down size bike but I stuck with my 850 choice retrospectively I should have taken his advice there too and save a few quid!
Next time I will listen, a 500 or 700 would have sufficed and been better sizing for my short legs!
Brilliant road surfacing, maintained for pedal cyclists, endless twisting mountain roads that left my face cheeks aching as I smiled Mike after mile at the breathtaking views around each and every corner of the mountain roads.
I will be back again soon Tivoli, thanks guys.

We chose Motos Tivoli as we were based in Morgan in the south of the island, and because of the great reviews. This is a very professional outfit with over 70 bikes. We took our own gear but they also have an excellent selection of bike jackets & helmets.
The twisty roads in Gran Canaria are probably some of the best in the world, with fantastic road surfaces and good cambers, but not for the faint hearted or nervous riders! If you’re not into 360 degree switchbacks then stick to the coastal roads such as the GC200 and GC500. Otherwise head up the GC65 for epic roads!

Motos Tivoli ( Patricio & Alexi ) provided a great rental service. The support was excellent, 24/7 100%.I rented. Honda CBx 500, it was in great condition & totally reliable. Based in the north I found the bike ideal for the twisty switch -backs, it sipped fuel which was a bonus.Patricio's firm can provide , jackets, helmets etc & most bikes have top box or other storage options.
You will find Motos Tivoli a competitive, trustworthy service. The machine's are safe, reliable & tons of fun.

Pretty sure you don't need anything special for a moped. I have a USA (California) "M1" license that let me rent a motorcycle, but most EU countries don't require a special license to drive a moped. Some Google-fu tells me that a standard car license will let you drive up to a 125cc moped without any special endorsement (if you've had it for three years), though you will probably need insurance (which Motos Tivoli provided me when I rented a motorcycle).
