Great value and something a bit different. You leave your car at their office/ car park and leave your keys with them. Hope on their bus and they take you to the drop off spot. It takes about an hour if you float straight down...More

River fed by springs underground in limestone - interesting to see springs entering river. A nice hiking path also, although very stony and uneven with tree roots.

Temp is a const 75 f year round. Ideal for tubing and scuba diving. When in New Braunfels, this would be a great place to visit .

Such a fun time on the river. We took a family vacation and spent a day floating the comal. It was such a fun time and we can't wait to do it again.

Great time floating the river. The tube shoots are a little more intense than we expected. LOL! Nothing scary or rough, just be prepared. I lost my hat and sunglasses. They are not joking about the ban on cans and plastic bottles. We saw several...More

When you want a relaxing afternoon, take a lazy float down the Comal River. It moves slow from the Wurstfest grounds but once you’ve gone through the Tube Chute, your speed picks up. It’s still very leisurely.

Any of the places where you rent tubes will offer parking spaces. Parking won’t be an issue, many parking spaces available.

It rained one day when we were there. It was fine. We kept floating. Sometimes they will shut down the tube chute if it gets really bad.
