We've been many times to the Comal river. We love to go there in the summer and go tubing. Definitely a vacation spot to consider.

We had a wedding and it was s wonderful quaint and cozy place to return after the wedding. It was quiet and peaceful and the bed was wonderful. I loved the fruit for breakfast! Plus the town's Christmas lights were beautiful! We will come back if we are in the area!

In New Braunfels for the wurstfest and the Comal river offers a refreshing stop. It runs through Landa Park and the festival and then passes by the Schlitterbahn. I tested out the water temperature but decided this was not the time of year for a swim. The "shortest river in Texas" is definitely one of the prettiest. Check it out!

This is a spring fed river so water is cold and yet refreshing. The experience is great for couples and gives each person that goes a good memory. I recommend this place if you enjoy tubing and fresh water. The scenes are worth going or relaxing.

Stopped to relax after a week long mission trip in Mexico. Floated the river, had a blast. It was very crowded, waiting on the bus to take us back to our cars took a little longer than I liked but we still had fun.

can't beat just floating down the Comal River in summer. Grab a tube and go. It is relaxing. It is easy. It is fun. It is just a great way to enjoy a summer day. Grab a few friends and hit the river. A nice cool treat. Don't forget the suntan lotion.

I love taking my family down this river every year. We usually start from Landa Falls. I like to get a tube with a bottom. I'm more comfortable. The water is refreshing at 72 degrees. The water is clear and moves at a leisurely pace. Although this river is very crowded in places I can always keep together with my... More

This is a very smooth float trip and was just right for our first time or for young children's first time The reason for 4 points is the weeds and grass that was present during whole section we floated, it made for a very unpleasant float. We were told it's from homeowners Along the the waterway that blow their yards... More
