"Great for families" you say?! I seriously doubt that! The only people this park is good for- are the people with their beloved dogs!!! Dear dog owners- if you don't want to pick up your dogs crap- do NOT go here!!! If you don't want...More

This is a beautiful park with picand barbecuing facilities next to a river ideal for tubing and scuba diving. The water temp is about 75 degrees Fahrenheit year round . Spring fed and very clear.

This is a great place for Wurstfest festival. We’ve gone every year for several years. Sometimes we’ve had small children with us. There’s a little bit for all ages. Lots of fun and great food and drink.

In this park the ducks rule and they have the right of way. Been going to this park for 40 years, great setting and atmosphere.

This park is the best maintained park anywhere. We live in San Antonio and always take out of town visitors there because it is a great place to see deer up close and personal as well as nice safe place to walk.

This is probably my favorite place in all of Texas. It’s just so beautiful and peaceful (when the crowds aren’t there) and it’s just a small slice of paradise. It’s no wonder the Germans saw this area and decided to stay more than a century...More
