Enjoyed cannon reenactment which is scheduled once a month. Site includes museum with numerous artifacts from fort and indian reservation.

Visited for the first time the other weekend. I enjoy history and since I have family near by I decided to make a quick trip down the road to Fort Belknap to check it out. If you are expecting much, you may be disapointed however...More

A lot of old history here. Everyone in the family should enjoy their experience. Bring you dogs because there is plenty of places to roam.

I use the Fort as a regular rest stop on my cycling trips. Decent restrooms, neat museum and a great vine arbor when you want a cool spot in the shade.

I believe the fort is open every day except Wednesday. They also have a regularly scheduled historic reenactment on the second Saturday of every month. Includes firing of period cannon.
