2021 prices, $18 adults, $9 kids, but honestly it’s not that bad, they have fuel and maintenance, that costs money, I’m glad we have an easily accessible option to take us across to St. Joe’s. The boat was on time, quick, clean, and the staff was friendly. The island was beautiful. You can see dolphins on the way to and from.

Bought a 10 trip ticket for jetty boat. Charged full price of $150. Went home checked website and stated price was $120. Returned to jetty boat office and told website was in error, price had been increased. No apology or explanation. The jetty boat operation needs two things; completion and staff instruction on basic courtesy.

Our party of four bought tickets to spend a few hours on the island. The $15 per person covers round trip boat ride to and from the island. We caught the 10 AM boat, carrying all of our items -- water, food, towels, etc. -- in a wagon cart that we were able to purchase through Academy since Fisherman's Wharf did not have any available. The short 5-minute boat ride was nice. We walked the island but found nothing at all -- no sand dollars, no shark's teeth, very limited shells, but we enjoyed our picnic and walking the beach. There was only about ten of us on the 10 AM boat ride. Four took their bicycles and explored the island. The rest of us leisurely walked the beach. Around 4 PM we headed back to the dock, knowing that their returns were every 2 hours from 10:10 AM to 6:10 PM. No boat arrived at 4:10 PM. Luckily I had their phone number, but the many times I called the office, no one answered. Well after 5 PM, I finally did reach someone in the office, and I was informed that they thought they had picked up everyone on the 2:10 trip! I guess if I had not kept their business card, we would have been stuck! Unfortunately, they did not seem too concerned. They said it happens fairly frequently! They definitely need a better way of tracking their customers!!! They did make an offer for a free ride back to the island the next day, but we declined.

We arrived in plenty of time to catch the Jetty Boat. The captain even waited because someone was running a little behind. Nice ride to the jetty. Even got to see some porpoises! Return ride was just as nice! Highly recommend

Really enjoyed the trip to St. Joe Island. Make sure you take water/snacks/sunscreen. Plan on hiking so pack accordingly. As you amble down the beach you can enjoy stepping back in time. Remember there is no porta potty.
