Anywhere I travel, one of the first things I look for is a nice little city park to walk around. This park is great for that. It's very well maintained and the paved paths are spacious. It's a beautiful place to take stroll. Very well...More

The best centrally located location to go for a quick run and then back to work or play. Situated in the busy South Tyler area, you can't help but enjoy a little walk close by.

This park and these trails stay in use regardless of the heat. Huge puddles can cover areas of the sidewalk and fast floodwater flows in the gutter alongside the trails if you go after it has rained. I went while it was raining once and...More

Tyler, let alone East Texas generally, isn't known for especially nice outdoor physical activity opportunities (sidewalks are a rarity; bonafide trails are almost unheard of), but the Rose Rudman Trail is exceptional. It is very much like something you'd find in more outdoorsy states like...More

My hotel was near the Rose Rudman trail. Each morning of my stay I would walk the trails before the heat of the day. What wonderful trails. The trails are in great shape and have mile markers to help you. There are water fountains along...More

We discovered this trail while we were geocaching in the area. The trails are well maintained and provide a safe and peaceful place to walk, run, or bike. Thank you, City of Tyler, for providing such a place for residents and guests to enjoy.
