We were fortunate to have a delightful docent who told us the history of the magnificent house and gardens. Every window in the house has a delightful view of a garden vignette and when you are in the house and garden you enter a peaceful and beautiful space and have no idea that you are in the heart of Weatherford.... More

Located in the historic area. Gardens, with charming fountains, waterfalls a perfect place for photography.

What a beautiful find right in the heart of town. It is so calm and beautiful. A wonderful way to spend a afternoon relaxing. Also this is a beautiful place fora wedding. Perfect place for picture taking.

Absolutely fabulous place for a wedding! The staff is so very kind and helpful, the gardens are beyond beautiful and they have a small cottage where the bride and her attendance can dress and prepare and a loft for the groom and groomsmen. We could not have been more pleased with the wedding venue!

Nice Chinese type gardens. Small and compact. Ok for the money and something to do. Then went to down town for a sandwich at yesterday's

Chandor Gardens never disappoints. I've been visiting for 50 years. It gets more beautiful every year. A great place to take friends from out of town, the family or for some quiet time alone.

I loved these gardens but was done walking in five to ten minutes. Also the admission fee is $5. It has lots of moss and stepping stomes on water. If in the area I recommend to continue the garden tour with Clay Gardens in Mineral Wells.

In the middle of the old part of Weatherford, Tx - just south of Ft. Worth is a gem of a garden built by a very well known British painter, who's portraits of heads of state can be seen at the Met in NY.
