Having only skied in Europe I was really pleasantly surprised when we got to canyons and there was a free car park, and a. Lift to get you to the main lifts. Amazing!

Incredible snow and wonderful system of lifts with pleasant staff. Scanning lift pass through clothing was very convenient.

Hadn't been there in ten years. Was disappointed with the DV experience, so we slid over to the Canyons and renewed our love for this wide-open well-groomed, recently expanded ski resort. Highly recommend.

This is a nice little area. It can get very crowded at peak/holiday times. They have some retail shops, mostly ski oriented as well as some restaurants. This area is where the main ski lift is so it's a great place to meet for parties who have separated throughout the day.

Mainly an accommodation area and base for skiing. Not an overly large or developed area of PCMR. There is very limited retail shopping and restaurants and cafe's are also limited.

Are you kidding me? It took 55 min. just to rent skis this morning at Canyon Mountain Rentals next to the gondola. What? That's right - they were woefully understaffed and there were two registers unstaffed. Mgr. William Boyd, I'm begging you to get more staff next time. In fact, next time it's better to get your skis in downtown... More

Seriously, we would not consider buying a place here because the chair lifts don't have foot bars! This wears on the knees w ski boots. Rode 2 lifts with foot bars and one was so low my legs barely rested on it. Orange bubble is luxury compared to the rest. Come on Vail Resorts! Upgrade the lifts.

Visiting Canyons Village and found the village to have some restaurants and shops. If you are looking for lots of options you will have to go into Park City, but there are a couple food and shop options here.
