What we love about skiing Deer Valley is their amazing customer service. The slopes are amazing too! We usually come to the Jordanelle Gondala, less tourists and more convenient parking. They have a van that will pick you up from your car, take you and your skis to the gondola. Also they will store your skis and poles complementary making... More

Deer Valley is hands down one of the top ski resorts on the planet - from the amazingly helpful on mountain hosts, to the lift operators to the ski instructors not to mention the slopes, which are epic. An amazing not-to-be-missed experience.

Deer Valley lives up to its reputation of a top destination ski area. Wide selection of trails for every ability. Large collection of eateries and bars. Staff are uniformly professional and friendly. The No Snowboarders policy leaves the slope blessedly peaceful. Staff are available to help move skies to the slope and back.

Lovely ski area that seldom feels crowded even during busy times. Minimal wait times for lifts and a variety of ski runs.

We have skied at Deer Valley for 9 years. It traditionally has been the most expensive ski resort in Utah. While that may drive a lot of people away, it helps attract a certain client base. An experience today has made me rethink the Deer Valley level of service. I am sure Deer Valley absolutely loathes the Sundance Festival as... More

The Hotel is aproximately 40 minutes from SLC but the Resort is absolutely perfect for a ski experience. All the staff is really helpfull and friendly. Everything is so easy to do, ski rental, lift, locker, gym facilities and... More

We have skied Deer Valley for a few years. This year - we discovered "more" to like at Deer Valley. Yes - they store your skis overnight - but we discovered that you can leave your boots and or boot bag too in the locker room. This means you don't have to lug your "stuff" from the car or walk... No better place to ski in Utah. Plenty of different runs to satisfy skiers of all levels. They also limit the number of lift tickets so it is never over crowded.
