Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went at the start of a blizzard so we were a little rushed but the museum was very cool and really the only thing we could see. We were confused on why the olympic rings were nowhere to be found, everything was a different emblem. They said copyright, but the history of it should be enough to sustain the logo permanently. I remember watching the games so the museum was nice to walk through. Got a picture in a bobsled......worth the visit and it's free!

What an adrenaline rush! The Olympic Games Bobsled course. The surprise is the meeting and learning off the “voice “ of the Olympic Games, Carl Roepke. What a great guy. So much knowledge and what a charming man making the whole experience lift to the next level!

A must when visiting Utah

Fun tour with our guide, Lizzie. We learned a lot about ski jumping, skeleton, bobsled and luge. You get to see where they practice in the summer and the actual courses used during the Olympics. Utah will be hosted the Olympics again in 2034, so get in your tour soon!

We visited this place while visiting my son at Salt Lake City. It has free museum about the winter games held on this place on 2002. There’s a guided tour for $20.00. We just did a self guided tour. You can see the Bobsled tracks, pool and other winter game tracks. It’s pretty awesome about the sports history of this place.

The tour was amazing! We were at the top of the ski jump looking straight down and then at the start of the bobsledding run. Seeing the summer practice jumps into the pool was cool as well. Take the tour!

Took the guided tour. Our guide, Dawn, was great. Saw up close and personal the ski jumps, and the bobsled and luge tracks. Interesting to learn how the arialists practice (ending in the pool... who knew?) and that the facility is used year round for training.

Great time- enjoyed the zip line, the tube was fun but the walk to get there was long an uneven surfaces, the alpine coast was excellent- could do that again and again. Even though we were there in September some downtime for the day was required due to rain and sleet.

We visited multiple times while in the area. Very nice place, museum was incredible and staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight for us was watching the Olympic ski team practicing their jumps and landing in the pool. Best of all, it’s absolutely free!

We found ourselves staying at a hotel right near the Olympic Park and since we are from near Lake Placid, we were really interested in visiting. The museum is small-ish but definitely worth seeing. There are interactive experiences and videos throughout. Outside there is a bobsled run, ski jumps, and freestyle jumps with pool. We were there on a Saturday so we got to see athletes on the ski jumps and if we had been able to stay, there were freestylers later in the morning. This was such a happy accident and I am so glad we went. I hope to return when we can spend more time there.
