South of Spanish Fork, Utah, in a semi rural environment, we have 15 acres (5.85 Hectares) upon which sit a gorgeous temple, a 6,000 sq foot residential facility with comfortable double rooms, two outdoor stages, a large covered pavilion, and amenities for parrots, peacocks, llamas and 3 small cows.

There is a 200,000 gallon lake with waterfall from which we gravity feed one acre under cultivation. The acreage produces chemical free tomatoes, eggplants, varieties of chilis, squash, melons, corn, cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, cucumbers, spinach, radishes, green peppers, potatoes and flowers for worship.

We sponsor lots of festivals and twice or thrice yearly yoga retreats.

Other annual events are the Llama Fest in July, Krishna Janmastami in August, Festival of India in September, & Diwali, Festival of Lights in October.

We teach yoga five days a week and have classes on the Bhagavad Gita 6am and 6pm as well as daily kirtans. These programs are optional for the guests, though the more they attend, the more they will be informed about the 5,000 year old spiritual culture and practices of "Bhakti Yoga".

There are a gift store on the property and salad bar with hot buffet open (12 pm - 5 pm) 7 days a week. We do a lot of cooking for those interested to learn.

Local sights are Sundance Resort, Bridal Veil Falls, the Alpine Loop, hiking trails in Hobble Creek, Diamond Fork Hot Springs, Provo Canyon etc. Llamas are available for some treks in summer. We are the number one llama rental facility in Utah with 35 animals on the property.

The temple itself is very beautiful. Maybe we were there on a bad day, but there wasn't much going on. I know there are times that they have huge crowds to attend some of there festivals.

A small sign on the freeway led us to the Radha Krishna Temple, an imposing structure the closer you get to it. Plenty of parking on the grounds where there are llamas, peacocks and various other animals. At the time of our visit there was a delicious vegetarian buffet in progress for a small donation. Also there is a well-stocked... More

We visited the Krishna Temple outside of Spanish Fork, Utah primarily to take photos and learn what goes on there. We arrived mid afternoon; several what appeared to be staff/employee vehicles parked behind the temple and a large motor-home plugged into the temple outlets. No people in sight. Frankly, the area immediately around the temple was dirty and uninviting. Six... More

Most visitors are delighted who turn a corner and are three feet from 6 peacocks getting out of the winter weather by nesting on the verandah. Out come the cameras and the smiles. So they poop....? We do pressure wash the verandah three times a week, and when the weather is not so severe the peacocks don't hang out on... More

A very serene place to visit. We enjoyed visiting with the volunteers in the Temple. The animals were abundant and interesting. We'll definitely come back for a visit.

With Wasatch mountains in the background, amazing temple (Hindu) in Spanish Fork, about 45 mins to 1 hour south of Salt Lake City. Yes, it is a little bit down south of the main city area. The main temple hall is very beautiful with various dieties adorned in decorations and jewelry. Gift shop is well equipped. Vegetarian buffet is available... More

Great gift shop with clothes, books and other Indian imports, a vegetarian buffet for a nominal donation and an extraordinary Temple. The artwork, design, and deities are first-class. The temple hosts festivals, yoga classes, school visits, etc. There are peacocks, llamas, cows and other animals to visit on the property as well, and staff were available to offer a free... More

With a group of five moms and our preschool aged children we visited the Krishna Temple. One of the mom's had called ahead and got us a great tour. The kids got to take the llama's on a walk and feed cows. They got to watch the Koi fish eat (if the kids had been older they could have even... More

Coworkers decided to try this place for lunch as we heard there was a free buffet (donations accepted). Toured the temple & learned of the religion & tried the buffet. They did not wear shoes nor deordorant. I have a hard time eating at placed that aren;t super clean. I didn't actually eat anything. Coworkers said the food was okay.

Whoever wrote this went out of their way to indulge a prejudice. Shoes are allowed on the ground floor and it's news to me devotees don't wear deodorant. Maybe if that's the case, I should stop. More
