Dinah has been welcoming people to Vernal for 60 years. She was originally built in 1958, to hold a sign for the Dine-A-Ville Motel. When the motel shut down in the late 1990s, she was restored and moved to her present location. Dinah is so...More

Kids had a good time seeing this up close. We had a great stay in the gem of a city Vernal. Highly recommend. Iconic as the Vegas sign.

Fun to have my 2 year old yell "dinosaur" every time we passed the pink or big green dinosaurs and my 4 year old thought they were real at first.

We were there for Thanksgiving weekend. Really enjoyed the Holly parade. Vernal is a wonderful little community very welcoming to visitors. The Pink Brontosaurus was grilling a huge turkey leg :-) So fun!

Yeah it’s just a dinosaur but that’s the point. It’s a giant pink sauropod welcoming you to Dinosaur-land! Get a picture and show your friends. :)

100% tourist moment leaving the tripod on the street and snapping photos like the tourists we are. Not much to do in Vernal after dark. Go visit the Dino.

Yes, he is big and he is pink and it was such a well manicured area. Vernal takes great pride in their flowers. Such a pretty Dino and downtown.

A must stop on your trip to Vernal. I'd never been to Vernal before but of course I knew about the iconic pink dinosaur so I had to stop for pictures. It's a cool thing to visit.
