Nice little place to walk. The mall is very limited with too many empty/closed stores. Closes early, at least in April (7pm)

This is a great strip of national chain stores, local boutiques and local restaurants. A closed off street turned into a pedestrian mall. Great way to grab lunch/brunch and spend a Sunday afternoon.

great location to shops from local businesses. It's really bright and cheerful on weekends. you can stroll around here during summers and sit out and have food and basically chillout.

There is always something going on at the Marketplace. We love the decorative lights that are up all year long and the various musicians that set up and play throughout the day and evening.

A nice place to stroll and check out unique shops. Very local with the exception of the usual suspects in a trendy area around a college. If Urban Outfitters would leave it would make for a better experience. Tons of great restaurants. Cool walking tour....More

Visited marketplace after a bike ride round the Lake. It had a lot of nice bars, cafes and restaurants but not to many shops. Would be a lovely place for dinner on an early evening but can get very loud and busy at night.

Nice open place no matter what time of year it is. Good balance of food and items to purchase. Hopefully with some of the future plans in place, they will not detract from this nice area.

I would try Queen City Brewery, Zero Gravity and Switchback. Two on Pine Street and the other on Flynn Ave. My husband takes our dog for a walk and a pint in good weather.
