Very interesting tour especially if you love horses. The tour lasted around 30 minutes and was $5/person. Afterward we walked around the grounds--lovely in the fall.

This beautiful setting, the home of the original Morgan horse was a surprise discovery for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the short tour conducted by a passionate well informed guide and afterwards wandering around additional areas of the property alone. The farm is quite close to Middlebury...More

Wanted to love this place, but I found it not in top condition, and was genuinely upset by the dark, small stall areas where the horses to be sold for top $$ were kept. It was explained that the farm keeps them indoors (no pasture...More

You don't have to be a huge aficionado of horses to appreciate a visit to Morgan Horse Farm. It is a relatively inexpensive ($5/person) departure from the all-too-common touristy shops encountered in popular travel locations. Your time is spent first watching a short film appraising...More

A must see in Middlebury, VT. See some wonderful Morgan horses and watch as handlers groom and train them. Almost 75% of all Morgan horses in the world come from this stock. Don't miss the short film of the history of this farm.

Small farm to show the origination of the Morgan horse breed. Beautiful animals with an interesting tour. My GPS insisted on crossing a covered bridge to get here. My motorhome would not fit! Otherwise peaceful countryside.
