Fun time

Tour was fun; tour guide very personal. Whole staff was delightful, even after my son changed bow tie colors four times. Bears are wicked expensive; I wish the fur was softer.

Five stars for the tour, minus two for the phone service. I called today after taking the tour two weeks earlier, where they gushed about their amazing service and how they bend over backwards to keep customers happy. The tour was adorable, as was the store, and I definitely recommend it to parents with kids. The bear hospital alone is... More

Kids have a great time and the tour gives adults the history of the company in a fun way. American made and a lifetime guarantee makes it a great keepsake. You get to see the Bearhospital and some of the most severe injuries some of the Bears have had.

We were in Burlington for the weekend and were given a free voucher for a tour by the owner of Handy's Lunch diner. We had time to spare so went to check it out. We are glad we did. We arrived right before a tour was starting so just had a few minutes to look around. The tour was comprehensive... More

We loved hearing the history of the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory and seeing that everything was made in America. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. And we loved seeing that most of the staff has been there for 15 years or more on their paw print floor!

This tour is fun for all ages. You learn the process of the creation of these teddy bears. From the start of the business to final product. The bear hospital is quite unique where they save damaged bears. This company stands 100% behind their products. Make this a stop!

Took my wife, 6 yo daughter, and 8 yo son for the tour. They added a scavenger hunt of sorts for the kids to do on the tour and both of my children had a blast. Yes it cost a few dollars (I think it was around $6 for the whole family with a military discount) and the bears themselves... More

Teddy Bears in every size adorned in every type of costume you can imagine. Excellent for the kids or the very young at heart (in this case, my wife). She enjoyed it very much and bought several tee shirts. One can observe Teddy bear makers doing their craft.
