The ferry is the best and quickest way to travel between Shoreham, Vermont and Ticonderoga, New York. The crew was wonderful. I had to cross several times Memorial Day weekend.

Best cable ferry around. Takes you right into Shorham Vermont, Small ferry and closes the end of October but worth it.

A bit out of the way as we went from Burlington to Albany, but well worth it. $10 to cross, but just a beautiful way to cross the Hudson.
