Weston Priory

Not to be missed, especially in the Fall when Mass is celebrated outside in the barn. Very peaceful and inspiring place to visit.

Beautiful and quiet are the words I would use to describe the Priory. The views are breathtaking and walking the grounds is refreshing and relaxing.

The grounds are beautiful and serene. We only stopped in for a quick stop one Sunday afternoon on our way somewhere else, and happened to be there while a church service was in progress, so we didn't really get to see much other than the grounds themselves. It's hard to not be calm and at peace while staring out at... More

Go to this beautiful monetary just north of Weston! It is particularly wondrous in "leaf peeper" season but the Brothers will welcome you and give you peace and love all year 'round. Not to be missed!

This summer marked our fourth visit to Weston priory over a more than thirty year period. We stayed in Weston three days and visited the priory for prayer several times during our visit. The Benedictines there are very special and hospitable in welcoming everyone into their prayer. The priory and the music are beautiful in their simplicity. I always leave... More

We go to Weston Priory every year, even though it is a 7 hour trip each way. It is very peaceful and beautiful, and really renews us! If it were closer, we would go several times per year!

Run by Benedictine monks. The real deal. Whether you are Christian or not the Sunday service is mind blowing. The monks sing. The are accomplished singers that travel all over the country. The priory was once a self sustained home for monks. They grow their own food still. A must see. The sound of silence on the property.s fields is... More

PEACEFUL! Absolutely one of the most beautiful settings in the area. The gift store gives one a glorious look at items made by others all over the world. My daughter still carries the beads I bought for her years ago. She carries them in her car and feels they protect her. Was a beautiful moment with my children and father... More

We stopped at the Priory and enjoyed walking the grounds. A lovely pond surrounded by apple trees, and comfortable adirondack chairs had a calming quiet effect. The large garden was brimming with vegetables and the the grounds are well tended and beautiful. Perfect to gather your thoughts and just enjoy nature!
