Thank you so much Kevin! We agree that exploring the back roads around the park on a motorcycle is a great way to experience this beautiful area. We deeply appreciate your review and hope to see you again in 2018!

Always a great place to camp. Enjoyed our time. The leaves were not at peak but this is truly a beautiful view when they are. We enjoyed going to several overlooks. Such a nice campground.

The scenery in this park is gorgeous. I also liked the history -- both mining and rail. Numerous short walks to scenic overlooks, which was great for my traveling companion who had knee issues. (The only shortcoming was dining at the Breaks lodge: mediocre at...More

We camped in a 29' motor home. This State Park has full hookups. Windy roads on a mountain a little scary in a motorhome but beautiful. Nice restaurant in the lodge. Scenic overlooks, zip line, playground for kids and bike trails. Our only disappointment was...More

I don’t know, but the visitors center is a good resource. If you want to go to West Virginia, I highly recommend the Watermen for white water rafting.
