There are three tours throughout the day but sadly I got there too late in the day to go on any of them. Two students were manning the front desk and were super helpful. They let me wander around the building to take a few...More

U of Virginia is an attraction in itself. Full of history and tradition abounds. Take the tour for an overview, then go on your own to the places that interest you.

Jefferson's brilliant neoclassical Rotunda sits at the head of the Academic Village he envisioned for UVA's founding. Conceived of as a library, the round structure has Greek inspired colonnades on the front and back. There are large meeting rooms on the first level and the...More

My son and I went on self guided tour of the UVA Rotunda. I enjoy self guided tours as I can go at my own pace. Highly recommend going up to third floor and sit in the chairs and soak it in. Peaceful.

Surrounded by a buzzing university town, students waking to and from class. Amidst the modern feeling is the history of Thomas Jefferson, the 3rd President of the USA, responsible for the Declaration of Independence, building and designing the University and owner of a plantation run...More

cant get enough of Jeffersons architectural design. The tour was good but would have liked to hear more about the design and structure of the buildings. not so much about the college students.

We visited rotunda many years ago ago and the tour was good then but now the Rotunda looks even more beautiful and well taken care. The quality of the tour depends on who your guide is going to be. Some are from what we heard...More

This tour is equally offensive in the summer fall winter and spring... It is worth what you pay $0.00
