Our B and B hosts recommended this gem. We enjoyed the solitude of the gardens with its tall boxwood and quiet spaces. We also enjoyed the walk down to the river and the views of egrets flying overhead. Thanks for keeping such a lovely garden.

Fortunately a gentleman told us about this Gem in Cape Charles. A 1 mile tree lined driveway leads you back to this gorgeous home and garden. Ruins, cemetery and manicured grounds. Enjoy!!!

Nineteen years ago, after going up and down Route 13 many, many times, and seeing the long myrtle-lined road with the brick pillars, curiosity got the best of us and we turned off the main road. This led us down the long straight road to...More
