We stopped by Humpback Bridge on our way out of town. It's a scenic little stopover, complete with an art installation and a path down to the water for those who want to wade.

Humpback is a must see. It’s beautiful and takes you back in time. A great place for a picnic or family cookout. It is also a great place to go swimming

If you'll notice those items in the photo spell "LOVE"....Virginia is for Lovers ...this bridge is Humped in an arch across the stream...very unique construction and probably the only one you'll ever see.

This was a cool little stop. They have love spelled out with items of industry from the area. The view is nice and the water is wonderful. You can swim and there is a rope swing under the bridge. Lots of graffiti on the inside...More
