Great area to relax and do a little fishing and swimming. But it’s a must that you bring your sunscreen and plenty of bug spray.

The trails are the best marked of any place I have visited. The swimming area was nice. We had the camping area pretty much to ourselves. Very well maintained park, and great staff. We will have to come back!

Yes, they are in fact allowed. We took out 3 dogs from 11-35lbs along with 3 people on a 14' rowboat. The rangers only wanted us to comply with the weight restriction for the entire boat.
