Have enjoyed visiting here on numerous occasions, swimming is beautiful, with very clear water and peaceful surroundings. There is a dam which is interesting and restaurants in the vicinity offering good food and refreshments.

Visited the lake which was next to the Banos and restaurant. The lake is peaceful and has beautiful views. Swimming in June was a bit cold but refreshing.

Go to the mirador for a fantastic view over the lake, or to Freila 'beach' with its restaurant and easy access into the water for canoes, kayaks etc or swimming

Sorry I'm not sure if fishing is allowed, but confirm it is a beautiful spot and you can see fish when you swim there.
